Cacao & Create – Awakening with Heart Medicine and Sound Healing

We are blessed to be coming together in heart-open community, to open the year with clear intention in a traditional plant medicine cacao ceremony, blended with yoga, communication and intention clarifying exercises, and sound healing.

During this time of year, a time of new beginnings, and especially just 2 days before the full moon, we invite you to come out and bring your intentions to maximum potency, and then release them into the world to take what form they may… for the highest good of all.

Let us welcome in the New Year and a continual New You, with this Cacao Ceremony. Let us honor those who have carried this cacao plant medicine for generations. Let us honor who we are and who we want to become, moment to moment. The Mayans called this medicine the “Food for the shift”, as it allows for a creative burst of energy and major movement within one’s being, both releasing and also cultivating.

Throughout the day we will focus on methods of manifestation, using the powers of yoga and mantra, the law of attraction, and practices of clear intention and heightened communication skills to create in our lives everything we want, a fire ceremony to release what no longer serves us, and much more.

The evening will culminate in a shamanic journey and sound healing with singing bowls, gongs, flutes, drums and more.

The energy exchange (cost) of this ceremony, a 5-hour retreat, is a $40 in advance, or $45 at the door.

Also, eat lightly a few hours before the evening begins and please avoid drinking caffeine on the day of the ceremony if possible.
