Hatha in the Mornin’ : Postures and Breathwork

Saturday morning intermediate Hatha Yoga class with Jillian
10am-11:15am
Yoga: union of the body, mind and soul.
In order to calm the oceans in our mind it is necessary to first focus on our body. The class will incorporate both flow and isolated asanas to get our energy channels moving and dissolve any blockages within our being.
We will also practice pranayama (breathwork) and meditation, as a practice in opening our individual consciousness to the universal consciousness.
Please bring water, a yoga mat if you have one, and perhaps a friend!
$10 is the energy exchange of the class.
Parking is next door in the empty lot to the west, or down the street at GRU parking if the lot is full.
