Prenatal Yoga

Practicing Yoga during pregnancy can improve sleep, reduce
stress and anxiety, and increase the strength, flexibility and
endurance needed for childbirth. In these classes we will focus
on harmonizing the breath, heart, and womb, bringing presence
to your body and your baby. All levels are welcome.
Kali Levitov is a certified doula and yoga practitioner of 20yrs in the lineage of Krishnamacharya. Her passion is to assist women during times of transition, and initiation.
Please bring water, a yoga mat if you have one, and perhaps a friend!
Sliding scale of $10-15 is the energy exchange of the class.
Parking is next door in the empty lot to the west, or down the street at GRU parking if the lot is full.
