Bio: Stevie is a saxophonist, yoga instructor, and Wim Hof Method Certified Instructor who has a profound passion for helping others find joy in life by reaching their optimal strength and health. He has worked as a musician on cruise ships and Broadway tours for 7 years until moving to Gainesville in 2013 where he runs a catering company in addition to teaching yoga, WHM and playing music. Stevie is excited about sharing the Wim Hof Method with YOU to help you unlock the greatness that lies inside of you.
