Exploring and Weaving the Strands of Spirituality and Sensuality Within Our Dance.
Inviting all identifying women to participate in the exploration of Spirituality and Sensuality and how we weave them together into our dance,our lives, and our society.
We will create sacred space on this eve of the FULL MOON ECLIPSE through setting our intention, using guided meditation, and inspired free movement/dance – set to a deep and soulful music mix meant to awaken our collective Shakti essence. All within the company and safety of our sisters.
No experience necessary. Wear something comfortable and/or dress up and express the fullness of the Goddess you are.

***Your Temple Dance Guide:
Mariah has been co creating ecstatic dances in Gainesville since 2006. Her passions are creating sacred space, weaving deeply moving music mixes for expansion and growth, live DJing for dance events (especially for women.)
Having gone through massage school and continuing on to learn to Teach Massage Therapy, Mariah has an extensive knowledge of the body and its healing, she has been a Licensed Massage Therapist for 17 years practicing Deep Tissue, Trigger Point, and Medical Massage under the name of Intuitive Touch Therapeutic Massage.
Her combined interest in body wisdom, dance, personal growth, and healing have lead her to the practices of Authentic Movement and Somatic Experiencing, modalities that draw upon the bodies innate wisdom to heal from past trauma.
